Tire Preparation

Steel wires are separated and converted into steel blocks. Rubber is shredded into pieces and sorted to the desired size.

Pyrolysis Reactor

Rubber parts enter our vertical reactors where they are heated electrically (no flame) to break down molecules in an oxygen-free environment.

Gas & Liquid Separation

Exhaust gases and vapors enter water condensers, separating into liquid and gas phases for further processing.

Electricity Generation

Steam from boilers powers turbines connected to alternators, converting thermal energy into electrical energy.

All exhaust gases pass through air washers with sodium hydroxide, converting pollutants into environmentally friendly salts.
